What is Shorecrest?
Shorecrest is a condominium by Related Ross at 1865 North Flagler Drive, on the Intracoastal Waterway north of downtown West Palm Beach. Related Ross's 2026 releases describe a 28-story tower of 98 two- and three-bedroom residences, four per floor, with groundbreaking announced April 3, 2026 and completion anticipated in 2027. Roger Ferris + Partners designed the architecture, Rottet Studio the interiors and DS Boca the landscape.
Some developer and listing sources differ on the residence count, street number and completion timing; the table below preserves those differences. We have not reviewed a later construction update or a current dated price sheet.
