Shorecrest is a 28-story condominium tower by Related Ross at 1865 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, with 98 two- and three-bedroom residences, four per floor, according to the developer as of Oct. 22, 2026. The developer announced its groundbreaking on April 3, 2026, and expects completion in 2027.
Shorecrest is a waterfront condominium planned on the Intracoastal Waterway along North Flagler Drive, north of downtown West Palm Beach. This page is our reference for the building: its scale, the residence mix, the design team, the amenity program, and the documents to ask for before you reserve. Overview: 98 residences over 28 stories
Related Ross’s Feb. 18, 2026 release says Shorecrest will rise 28 stories at 1865 North Flagler Drive with 98 residences, four per floor, offering views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic Ocean and Palm Beach Island (developer release, as of Oct. 22, 2026). The same release says completion is expected in 2027.
Official sources differ in places, and we have not resolved them:
- Residences: 98 vs. 100. Related Ross’s Feb. 18 and April 3, 2026 releases say 98; the Related Ross property page lists 100 units and 323,000 square feet (as of Oct. 22, 2026).
- Stories: 28 vs. 27. Both 2026 releases say 28 stories. The City of West Palm Beach Plans & Plats Review Committee agenda for Sept. 11, 2025 described case FSPR 23-13 as a 27-story, 306-foot tower with 100 units. We found no later city record of the final count, and no official source gives a height in feet for the 28-story version.
- Address: 1865 vs. 1901 N. Flagler Drive. The releases and the official site’s footer use 1865; the official site’s FAQ and the city case use 1901.

Residences: two and three bedrooms
The official site lists two-bedroom residences with 2.5 baths and three-bedroom residences with 3.5 baths, with open layouts and private terraces facing the water (as of Oct. 22, 2026). Related Ross’s property page describes floor-to-ceiling glass in each residence. Rottet Studio designed the interiors, per the developer. Request the full plan set with interior and terrace square footage as stated in the prospectus.
Amenities and the Equinox partnership
The developer’s Feb. 18, 2026 release describes 18,355 square feet of amenities with services curated in partnership with Equinox. It lists a golf simulator, executive meeting spaces, a residents-only lifestyle director, a game lounge, a private dining room and a rooftop pool deck with a 75-foot lap pool, a hot tub, a cold plunge, and his-and-hers spas with sauna and steam rooms (as of Oct. 22, 2026).
The Related Ross property page adds a 24-hour attended lobby with concierge, a lobby lounge, a motor court, on-premises valet parking, a cocktail lounge, a coworking lounge, a fitness center, a spa suite and a virtual reality game room (as of Oct. 22, 2026).
North Flagler Drive location
Shorecrest faces the Intracoastal Waterway on North Flagler Drive, across the water from Palm Beach Island. The official site’s location page points to nearby Currie Park and the Lake Trail (as of Oct. 22, 2026).
Construction status
Related Ross announced construction financing on Feb. 18, 2026, and the groundbreaking on April 3, 2026, with completion anticipated in 2027 (developer releases, as of Oct. 22, 2026). We found no later official construction update, so the current stage of work is unconfirmed. Ask the developer for a dated written update.
