The news
Construction is expected to begin in 2027, Mast Capital’s chief investment officer, Jordan Kornberg, told Commercial Observer in a Q&A published Oct. 22, 2026. That is the only outlet-reported fact on this page. Mast Capital’s own portfolio page says the firm closed on the land in Q2 2025 and launched sales in Q1 2026 (accessed Oct. 23, 2026). The official project site says the sales gallery is open by appointment (accessed Oct. 23, 2026).
A construction start is not a delivery date. Our card lists delivery in 2029 as of Oct. 23, 2026; ask for the completion date and extension terms in the purchase contract.
