Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia is a 56-story condominium tower at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami, developed by Related Group and Alta Developers. Arquitectonica designed it, with interiors by Piero Lissoni. The Real Deal reported on Oct. 5, 2026 that the tower has 319 units, including 10 penthouses, and that closings began in July.

Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia is a completed condominium tower on Biscayne Boulevard, at the north end of Downtown Miami. This page is our reference for the building: who developed it, who designed it, how the residences and penthouses are configured, what the amenity floors include and where it sits. We publish no price for Casa Bella. The building has been completed, so current availability, whether remaining developer inventory or resales, is to confirm with the sales gallery.

Overview: B&B Italia’s first residential tower

The Real Deal reported on Oct. 5, 2026 that Casa Bella is B&B Italia’s first residential real estate project. It describes a 56-story, 319-unit tower at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard, immediately north of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and says an affiliate of Related paid for the site in 2014, according to records. The project website says B&B Italia was founded in 1966 by Piero Ambrogio Busnelli.

Related Group and Alta Developers are the developers, per the project website’s team page. The developer’s 2022 fact sheet names the condominium as 1400 Biscayne Condominium, developed by PRH 1400 Biscayne 1, LLC. That entity name is the one to look for in the offering documents.

Status. The Real Deal reported on Oct. 5, 2026 that Related and Alta had completed the tower. It said closings began in July, according to property records, that more than 200 unit sales had closed and that the developers had paid off their $240 million construction loan. The project website now carries a “Now Open” banner. For the figures reported at completion, see our news story on Casa Bella’s delivery and loan payoff.

Architecture and interiors

Arquitectonica is the architect named on the project website’s team page, and The Real Deal says it designed the tower with interiors by Piero Lissoni. Related Group’s property page says the building was personally customized by Piero Lissoni, and the project website’s team page credits the interiors to Lissoni New York. The developer’s 2022 fact sheet lists the interiors firm as Lissoni & Partners. The project website credits Enzo Enea with the landscape.

The project website says Casa Bella worked with Italian artists to place pieces from the B&B Italia collections in the home, and that the building hosts a collection of contemporary artwork and sculpture by Italian artists. The 2022 fact sheet says B&B Italia furnishings are used throughout the common areas and amenities, and that each buyer had the option of a B&B Italia furniture package curated for each unit type. The Real Deal also reported that buyers had the option to purchase B&B Italia furniture packages. Whether a package is still offered on remaining or resale units is to confirm with the sales gallery.

Inside the residences, the 2022 fact sheet lists Italian kitchen and bath cabinetry by ITALKRAFT, cabinet finishes and countertops selected by Lissoni, a paneled Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf ovens and wine refrigeration in most units.

Residences and penthouses

The Real Deal reported 319 units, including 10 penthouses. The 2022 fact sheet says every residence has two private elevators and a private vestibule, with biometric access control on the elevators, and that most units have pass-through layouts with 10-foot ceilings and views of Biscayne Bay. Dimensions, floor-by-floor layouts and square footage are in the developer’s floor plans; the plans say marketing square footage may exceed the figure in the developer’s prospectus, so use the prospectus figure on any contract. Which residences and penthouses remain available, and at what price, is to confirm with the sales gallery.

The 650-foot observatory and amenity floors

The top of the building is the Sky Pool Terrace. The developer’s brochure and 2022 fact sheet place it on the 56th floor, about 650 feet up, with a rooftop pool and a private observatory equipped with a telescope.

The Real Deal reported two floors of amenities, based on a news release, including:

  • Wellness: a wellness center with yoga studios, a cold plunge, a spa and a beauty salon.
  • Social spaces: a private theater, a wine cellar, a game room and co-working space.
  • Pools: two pool decks, including one on the 56th floor.
  • Food and lounges: a poolside bar and cafe, and a rooftop lounge.

The 2022 fact sheet also lists a 360 Wellness Center with a fitness center overlooking Biscayne Bay, private cabanas and a pet spa, along with residential services including valet parking, security, maintenance staff and on-demand concierge. Services, any fees attached to them and the association budget that pays for them are set in the condominium documents, so confirm them there rather than relying on marketing material.

Arts & Cultural District location

The project website places the tower at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard, in what the developer calls the Arts & Cultural District. The Real Deal describes the neighborhood as Arts & Entertainment and says the high-rise sits immediately north of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. The project website lists the Pérez Art Museum, the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science and Kaseya Center among the destinations within minutes, along with Wynwood, the Design District, Brickell and Miami Beach. Related Group’s property page lists the location as Downtown Miami. Sales gallery details are on the project website; confirm the address before you visit, because developer pages differ.

Suits buyers who want a completed building with Biscayne Bay views and a design-led interior program, near the performing arts center and downtown museums, rather than a construction-stage purchase.
