Cipriani Residences Miami opened the Haute 20™ at #1 in July and held the top position through August — the longest consecutive run at #1 the ranking has recorded to date. The Related Group tower on the Miami River drew sustained AI search and editorial interest through its early sales period before ceding the top spot to The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami in September. It remains a top-10 name in the current ranking at #6.
Banyan Tree Residences West Palm Beach entered the Haute 20™ at #20 in August and climbed 12 places to #8 in September — the largest single-month move the ranking has recorded. The jump followed unanimous Downtown Action Committee approval, clearing a key entitlement milestone and sharpening buyer attention on the project's oceanfront positioning in West Palm Beach.
The Haute 20™ is refreshed monthly from measured luxury buyer demand across AI search — the questions UHNW purchasers actually put to AI assistants when researching South Florida new construction — combined with sustained editorial and organic search interest. Rankings reflect relative demand that month, not a permanent quality judgment; a development moving down the list can still be an excellent property with lower current search volume.
