What to ask before choosing
Before you compare the two, ask each developer for the same documents: the current price sheet, floor plans, deposit schedule, the estimated association budget and its billing period, and the leasing rules in the condominium declaration. Neither the Waldorf Astoria website nor our project pages publish rental rules. For more Pompano context, see our Ritz-Carlton Residences Pompano Beach guide and the Q4 2026 delivery calendar.
