Sales and site status after the settlement
Settlement. Two Roads Development’s EDITION press materials include a Sept. 1, 2026 release titled “Two Roads Development Reaches and Funds Settlement With Biscayne 21 Owners, Clearing Path Forward for Future Development,” covered on our Oct. 26 settlement story. Two Roads did not publish the settlement amount on that release.
Miami-Dade demolition permit (reconfirmed Oct. 30, 2026). County open-data permit 2026067492 lists Application Type DEMOLISH, Detail Description TOTAL DEMO, Property Address 2121 BAYSHORE DR, Owner Name TRD BISCAYNE LLC, Folio 0132300340010, Permit Issued Date Aug. 26, 2026. A demolition permit is not a building permit for the new tower.
Sales status. Two Roads’ project page still publishes residences priced from $1.7 million (accessed Oct. 30, 2026). We have not found an official groundbreaking date, building permit number or completion year for the new tower on the developer pages reviewed. Ask for a dated price sheet, the prospectus and the outside completion date in any purchase agreement.

Per Two Roads, homes range from one-bedroom-plus-den to four-bedroom floorplans of 1,952 to 3,864 square feet, with private foyer and elevator entry, floor-to-ceiling glass, 10- to 14-foot ceilings and terraces oriented to Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic, Downtown Miami and Miami Beach. Three tri-level penthouses are described with private rooftop pools and gardens.
