Edge House Miami, a 57-story furnished condominium tower in Edgewater, says private offices are now available to complement ownership, per an Oct. 8, 2026 post on its official LinkedIn page. For most people in a condo, the home office is the second bedroom or a corner of the living room. Edge House Miami is trying something different. In an Oct. 8, 2026 post on its official LinkedIn page, Edge House Miami described “a dedicated workspace, thoughtfully designed to complement the ownership experience” and said “private offices are now available.” Traded reported there will be 100 offices (Sept. 30, 2026; as of Oct. 26, 2026).
The official website does not yet describe the offices’ size, furnishings, eligibility or how they are held (as of Oct. 26, 2026). It already lists co-working spaces, private meeting rooms and a podcast room among the building’s amenities.
A day in the building
The rest of the building is designed around flexibility. The official site describes fully furnished residences by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, from studios to three bedrooms, with lock-out options in select two- and three-bedroom homes. It lists two resort-style pools, a spa with sauna, a fitness center and yoga studio, a zen garden, a sky lounge, a golf putting green, a kids’ playground and a summer kitchen (as of Oct. 26, 2026).

Edge Flex is the building’s rental management program. The developer’s site describes booking, check-in and digital keys run through an app, plus monthly income statements for owners.
