Construction status
Our project page lists the tower as under construction with delivery in the fourth quarter of 2028 (as of Oct. 21, 2026). The developer’s site says the tower is “Under Construction. Going Vertical. Funded by J.P. Morgan.” (as of Oct. 21, 2026). The Real Deal reported on Oct. 9, 2026 that the project had advanced to 30 stories, per the headline listed on the developer’s news page. A delivery year is an estimate; ask for the completion date stated in the purchase contract.
Residences and interiors
Our card lists 189 residences; the developer’s site describes a collection of 195 homes (both as of Oct. 21, 2026), so check the count in the offering documents. Our project page lists two- to four-bedroom-plus-den residences of 1,800 to 4,700 square feet, with 11-foot ceilings (up to 20 feet in select homes), private terraces and views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline (as of Oct. 21, 2026). The developer’s site lists Italian-made Arclinea cabinetry, Rimadesio glass enclosures and Gaggenau appliances in the kitchens (as of Oct. 21, 2026).
The Penthouse. The developer’s site describes a two-story penthouse with 30-foot ceilings in the great room and a private in-residence elevator (as of Oct. 21, 2026). Its published bedroom count and area differ between versions of the page, so ask for the current plan.
Amenities, level by level
Our project page lists the amenity levels (as of Oct. 21, 2026), and the developer’s site puts the total at over 80,000 square feet:
- Level 7: Resort Deck with pool, cabanas and bar.
- Level 66: Wellness Club with a 10,000-square-foot Technogym-equipped gym, HIIT and yoga studios, hot and cold plunge pools, treatment rooms and a beauty suite.
- Level 67: Owner’s Club with a double-height wine and spirits lounge, a Vaselli chef’s-kitchen private dining room, office suites and a bar.
