National developer PMG and Brokerage PMG Residential proudly announce the sale of the largest penthouse in the United States.

Waldorf Astoria Miami is set to become Florida’s first supertall tower, the tallest residential building south of New York, and home to America’s largest penthouse. The architecturally unparalleled structure will be a landmark location on Biscayne Boulevard with diligently designed residences and premium services for residents and future guests to enjoy. The undisclosed buyer sought out an exclusive residential property collaborating with PMG Residential agent Paul Lash, Greybrook, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and global hospitality company Hilton to design and develop a marvel on the Miami skyline. The project spearheaded by Lash, who represented both the developer and the client, marks Waldorf Astoria’s first entry into the Miami market. Ryan Shear, Managing Partner of PMG, claims “this penthouse sale is an indicator of the strength and tenacity of the luxury real estate market in Miami.”

Once completed, this revolutionary “Mansion in the Sky” will suspend 1,050 feet occupying the top five floors of the tower for unprecedented sweeping views of the city below. Spanning nearly 34,000 square feet, the residence will boast 10 bedrooms, 11 and ½ baths, and ceiling heights up to 25 feet. Presenting extravagant amenities, the space will feature a wall-street-style trading room, private cinema, wine cellars, full-scale bar, state-of-the-art wellness center, massage rooms, infrared sauna, and a whopping 20-car garage.

The extraordinary penthouse exclusively possesses the tower’s private roof deck. Stepping outside, the space offers a sizable swimming pool, tiki bar, cabanas, outdoor gym, and multi-purpose court. Conceptually designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and renowned architect Carlos Ott, developers partnered with award-winning interior design firm BAMO to highlight nine spiraling, offset glass cubes stacked and wrapped in a “glass skin” to distinguish the property from anything else on the east coast. Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is slated for completion in 2026.
