Plaza Hotel Penthouse Listed for $59 Million

Real estate mogul Christian Candy is selling his three-floor penthouse at the iconic Plaza hotel for a staggering $59 million. According to Forbes, Candy purchased the 6,319 square foot property last year for $25.9 million, but after massive renovation, has decided to flip the triplex for more than double the price he initially paid.

Located at 1 Central Park South, the four bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom penthouse features a private elevator, gourmet kitchen, 14-seat dining room, plus breathtaking views of New York City. In addition to 229 square feet of exterior space, the unit boasts an angled glass wall that offers unobstructed views of Central Park.
