According to Profile, landscape architecture firm EDSA designed the club around a tennis court, a padel court, a lap pool and a clubhouse serviced by St. Regis, with 24-hour access for residents. Profile Miami describes the club as a resort-style wellness destination and outdoor club reserved for the development’s private homeowners, with a marina and the water steps away. EDSA planned it as a multi-generational gathering space, and residents are to have 24-hour access to its amenities, according to Profile.
A tennis court and a padel court will anchor the racquet club, alongside a courtside gallery for spectators, Profile reports. A clubhouse serviced by St. Regis sits next to a lap pool lined with daybeds and loungers. An open lawn called The Green is planned for stretching, tai chi, yoga or gathering, and a summer kitchen and social patio are set up for entertaining, with service curated by St. Regis. The plan also includes a serenity garden, a playground and a sunset terrace with fire pits and water views.

“When we looked at the site, we took a step back and asked what would create the ultimate lifestyle for residents through a lens of well-being,” said Nick Pérez, President of Condominium Development at The Related Group, according to Profile Miami. “Very few coastal developments in the world offer homeowners exclusive access to this much private waterfront land.”
Jimmy Tate, CEO and President of Tate Capital, said the partners have always envisioned Bahia Mar as a place where residents can enjoy the marina, dining, recreation and hospitality without having to leave home, according to Profile. He added: “The Bahia Mar Club takes that vision a step further, giving our residents a private place to focus on wellness, recreation and time together.”
How the club fits the wider project

Related Group is developing the project with Tate Capital and Rok Acquisitions. Arquitectonica is the architect, Tara Bernerd & Partners designed the interiors and EDSA the landscape. Residents will also have a 250-slip marina for yachts up to 350 feet, the St. Regis Beach Club and two resort-style pools, one facing the ocean and one facing the bay, according to our project page.
