South Florida New Developments of 20 Stories or Fewer, by Story Count

By Haute Residence Editorial ·

Ten South Florida new developments on our board state 20 or fewer stories as of Nov. 1, 2026 — the low-rise cut, not the 60-or-more-stories list. Sorted by story count, fewest first, from The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens (7) to Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove (20). Counts checked against building pages and developer materials.

This page lists new developments on our new-developments board with a published story count of 20 or fewer. It is the counterpart to our roundup of South Florida new developments of 60 or more stories. For other inventory cuts, see South Florida new developments with 75 or fewer residences, South Florida new developments starting at $5 million or more and South Florida oceanfront new developments. Waterfront terms are defined in our oceanfront, bayfront and Intracoastal buyer guide.

How this list is sorted

Stated story count only, fewest stories first. Each count comes from the building page on hauteresidence.com and was checked against the developer’s website, fact sheet, brochure or a dated developer announcement on Nov. 1, 2026. Where a project has more than one building, we give the count for the taller building and describe the rest. Ties are listed alphabetically. This is a sort, not a ranking. Prices are card or developer figures with their dates; specific-unit prices and availability are to confirm with the sales gallery.
