Ocean House Surfside is a 25-residence oceanfront condominium on Collins Avenue in Surfside. It was developed by Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management and designed by Arquitectonica’s Bernardo Fort-Brescia, with interiors by Carla Guilhem Design. Where is Ocean House Surfside?
The building sits on the ocean side of Collins Avenue in Surfside, the beach town between Bal Harbour and Miami Beach. There are 25 homes across 12 stories, and each is reached through a private keyed elevator and vestibule. The interiors use wood and natural stone, and indoor rooms open onto ocean-facing terraces. What is the Penthouse?
The duplex Penthouse takes up the whole top floor and adds a private oceanfront rooftop. It has about 9,476 square feet of interior space and 5,051 square feet of terraces, for roughly 14,527 square feet in total, figures that match our project page. Its asking price is $70 million, according to developer Multiplan’s January 2026 release. Our project page notes that some secondary bedrooms can be converted into amenity suites, according to the plans.
