Award-winning architectural firm, Perkins&Will, designed the structure with LEED Silver, Fitwel Building, and WIRED certification standards in mind. CORE will provide tenants and guests with a flowing, indoor-outdoor environment, consisting of communal open spaces and private terraces, as well as the highest rooftop amenity level in all of Wynwood with a one-of-a-kind food and beverage experience.

The building rises solid and reflective with a tight grip of its transparent core, while surfaces are infused with the storytelling of art.”
