Just a few weeks ago, we reported on a property featured in The Wolf of Wall Street that had been placed on the market. Now we’re learning that another home from the Academy Award-nominated film is for sale.

Located in Brooklyn’s Park Slope neighborhood, 64 Prospect Park West, is currently available for $3.95 million. Five bedrooms, three and half bathrooms, a full basement, and a garage accompany the home with spacious rooms for dining and lounging.

There’s an eat-in chef’s kitchen, radiant-floor heating, and a private garden on the first floor, while the second floor boasts three bedrooms with views of Prospect Park. The top floor houses a couple more bedrooms and a terrace.

In Wolf, this 64 Prospect Park West address was used as the backdrop for the home of the aunt of main character, Jordan Belfort, played by Leonardo DiCaprio.
