The recent increase in luxury rentals didn’t help Warren Beatty and Annette Bening find a renter for their $7 million Los Angeles mansion, so they’ve put it up for sale.
The couple had recently tried to rent the home for $27,000 a month. While the home is on the market, they are continuing to offer it for rent for $19,500.
The Mediterranean-style home has six bedrooms and eight baths under its 11,000 square feet. It also features a gym and an office. Outdoors, it boasts an infinity swimming pool.
Perfect for entertaining, the interior has large rooms throughout. Guests entering the home are greeted by French doors and an exterior overtaken by ivy. Once inside, the main room is dominated by a curling staircase with iron railings.
There is also a guest house and maid’s quarters.
