Kinko’s Founder Lists Montana Ranch for $25 Million

Kinko’s founder Paul Orfalea has placed his 1,945 acre Montana ranch on the market.

Orfalea purchased the property back in 2005. It’s located just three miles from Yellowstone National Park.

The estate, dubbed Grizzly Creek Ranch, features a 4,475 square foot barn that was converted into a lodge meeting place for guests. On the ranch there’s another barn that serves as a guest home with four bedrooms and six baths. There are also four other cabins to house more guests.

Orfalea’s family uses the main home. It’s a three-bedroom home that comes in at a little more than 3,800 square feet.

The ranch on the outskirts of Gardiner, Montana has been listed for $25 million. Orfalea and his wife are reportedly selling the property because they don’t get to use the home as much as they would like.
