Celebrity Living: Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver’s Former Home on Market for $23 Million

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver’s former Brentwood home, inhabited by the couple and their four children in happier times, was recently put on the real estate market for $23 million. Schwarzenegger and Shriver purchased the 2.5-acre estate in 1986 and lived there until 2003, when they sold it for close to $18 million.

The home, situated close to the historic Will Rogers State Park, was built in 1982 but has since been remodeled by its current owners. The 7-bed, 7-bath home guarantees privacy, with a long driveway, lush foliage, and smart landscaping. The estate also features a swimming pool, duck pond, spa, guest house, and a tennis court.
