The Return of Neo-Baroque

Fashion and Interior Design continuously interlock with the latest trends that inhabit the runways and furniture trade shows. I cannot think of a time when leopard was more popular then when Roberto Cavalli unveiled his leopard gown on the fashion runway. With this in mind, this years New York Fashion Week marked the return of Neo-Baroque. New-Baroque was obvious in the printed and embroidered fabrics, ornate jewelry, and fancily decorated clutches. Whether it’s a decorative frame, anchoring ceiling medallion, or fabulous settee, this French post-revolution aesthetic is back in high gear for home decor.
