Alexander Rovt recently bought the Sloane Mansion, which may have inspired him to sell this smaller 11,400 sq. ft. townhouse. With five bedrooms, a sauna, a gorgeous custom indoor pool, five outdoor spaces, and a full gym (not to mention beautiful plush interior design features), this unique residence is a great find.
