Judd Apatow Buys Third Westside Home for $10.82 Million

Director Judd Apatow and his wife, actress Leslie Mann, have just purchased a Malibu Colony home for $10,825,000. The oceanfront contemporary home was built in the 1930s and features four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Apatow purchased the home from the estate of late Pretty Woman producer Laura Ziskin, according to Trulia, and the deal was closed on March 19. The home is located in the celebrity-laden neighborhood of Malibu Colony, which is an exclusive guard-gated community. The home features 2,550 square feet of living space with a gourmet kitchen, ocean views from the living room, dining room and sunroom, a lush courtyard entry, patios, and access to the private Colony Beach. There is also a two-car garage, and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom guesthouse.

The second floor of the home includes three en-suite bedrooms, and there is a large master bedroom with views of the Pacific Ocean, a fireplace and a patio.

Apatow and Mann also own a home in Brentwood, which they purchased in 2009 for $18,25,000, and a Santa Monica property they purchased last year for $8.6 million.
