Designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture (the firm behind Burj Khalifa's design team) with a yacht-inspired silhouette, developed by OKO Group and Cain International. Residences range from approximately 1,100 to 4,786 square feet across two- to five-bedroom layouts, with three pools, private boat slips, and Biscayne Bay views. Received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy in February 2026.
