Twilight star Anna Kendrick just purchased a new home in LA for a surprising $1.02 million.
Kendrick grabbed the property at a deal; many homeowners in the area spend millions on millions of more for similar-sized properties. The property, a three-bed, 3.5-bath two-store home features a cozy but spacious loft-esque living room.
In 2009, the property was purchased by the sellers in for $550,000 and subsequently underwent extensive renovations. The home has hickory wood floors, an open-plan living space, a fireplace and skylights in the bedrooms. Outside, the fenced-in yard is complete with an outdoor fireplace and a covered deck that sports overhead heaters to drive away the early morning or late evening chills.
