Check out these incredible renderings for the new twin-tower Tour Odeon luxury project in Monaco. Upon completion, the building will be Monaco’s tallest, and the penthouse will feature an expansive rooftop pool with waterslide and incredible panoramic views.

Estimates place the property at $386 million, which is no small number even by Monaco standards (perhaps the most expensive real estate market in the world).  Around 95% of Cote d’Azur’s properties are second or third residences, so prepare for a neighborhood full of excellent luxuries.
