Renèe Zellweger puts her Connecticut Estate on the Market

The award-winning actress has just put her 1770 Pomfret, Connecticut estate on the market. With an asking price of $1.5 million, the country residence is no simple home.

The historic main house on the riverfront land extends 3,400 square feet and is surrounded by a recreation barn, swimming pool and guest cottage. For easy travel, there’s a helicopter landing pad. The whole property encompasses four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths.

Zellweger’s listing comes less than a year after selling two NYC apartments to Leelee Sobieski.
