Conceived and curated by the world-renowned Japanese chef, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, along with co-founders Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, the Nobu Hotel concept brings a unique and illuminating encounter to the coastal landscapes of Cabo San Lucas. Nestled on the beachfront of the Pacific Ocean, the iconic Nobu Restaurant and Bar offers the famed Nobu experience against a stunning backdrop.

Nobu Hotel Los Cabos blends contemporary opulence with minimal Japanese tradition and has launched its first residential project – Nobu Residences Los Cabos. This innovative "home away from home" concept invites guests to fully embrace the distinctive Nobu lifestyle through an exclusive collection of 60 residential-style accommodations along the Pacific Coast of Baja California Sur.

The essence of Nobu Residences Los Cabos lies in its commitment to offering a refined and sophisticated living experience akin to a private residence, while also presenting the exceptional services and amenities synonymous with a high-end hotel. The newly constructed complex boasts a range of exclusive amenities for residence guests, including the expansive Esencia Onsen spa and wellness center, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and unique lodging features like private plunge pools in the three-bedroom units. Additionally, residents enjoy access to the adjacent facilities of Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, comprising four pools, the Esencia Wellness Spa, two pickleball courts, and an array of upscale dining options.

Ash Tembe, Vice President of Global Field Sales at AIC Hotel Group, talked to Haute Residence about the uniqueness of the project, saying, "The entire property, both hotel and residences, perfectly blends Japanese minimalism with the essence of the Baja California peninsula. Everything from local textures and materials prevalent in the design to the local flavors infused in the cuisine throughout the different dining outlets makes for a unique experience."

Crafted to prioritize generous living spaces, each Residence accommodation offers captivating views of gardens and golf courses. The spacious floorplans feature open kitchens and distinct living and dining areas, ensuring an ambiance of tranquility and repose. The expansive terraces, complete with home-like amenities, embody the pinnacle of indoor-outdoor living throughout the seasons. Reflecting the brand's hallmark minimalist Japanese design, indigenous materials unique to Cabo San Lucas are harnessed, exemplified through live-edge millwork and handcrafted furnishings. The two to four-bedroom Residences showcase bathrooms with ample open showers, double vanities, and traditional Onsen teak soaking tubs (a Nobu Hotel staple), all set against a backdrop of locally crafted décor.

Complementing the Residences, Nobu Hotel Los Cabos introduced Muna Restaurant, an elevated rooftop dining venture overseen by Executive Chef Paolo Della Corte. Serving Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, Muna's menu features delights like Norwegian Salmon Tartare with Kolikof Caviar, Charcoal Oven Branzino from Italy with Crudité and Clams, and a delectable Short Rib Glazed with mosto de uva. The dining experience is paired with M Bar, an exquisite rooftop location where guests can indulge in fine cocktails.

And, of course, every Nobu Hotel has a Nobu Restaurant full of Chef Nobu's delicious signature dishes. Chef Nobu explained to Haute Residence that he oversees every restaurant of his at resorts worldwide and creates new dishes based on local flavors. These dishes are then shared throughout so every locale can enjoy tastes from around the world.
