The Goodman family’s oceanfront estate at 911 N. Ocean Blvd in Palm Beach is under contract for $160 million, The Real Deal reported on Oct. 26, 2026. The sale has not closed. County records list a 2.21-acre parcel with three buildings from the mid-1970s, bought for $350,000 in 1974 (as of Oct. 27, 2026).

This is a contract, not a closed sale. Until a deed is recorded, the price and the buyer’s plans are reported, not final. Here is what the public record shows about the property. For the town, see our Palm Beach page.

What the town’s records show

A Town Council agenda dated April 10, 2019 lists a public hearing on the “Landmark Designation of 911 N. Ocean Blvd – Front Wall and Seawall.” The hearing covered the front wall and seawall, not the house. We could not open the town’s record of the outcome as of Oct. 27, 2026, so we are not reporting whether those elements were designated. We did not find a 2026 demolition, subdivision or ARCOM filing for the address in the town records we checked as of Oct. 27, 2026.
