Sorted by card entry price — not bay or oceanfront — from Olara ($2M) through Pier Sixty-Six ($5.9M), plus Ritz-Carlton Pompano Beach (Inquire). South Flagler House shows both the $5.7M card and developer Signature from $7.98M.

Why are Banyan Tree and Mr. C excluded?
Banyan Tree is downtown with the Intracoastal minutes away. Mr. C’s page states City & Intracoastal views from Okeechobee Boulevard, not Intracoastal frontage. Both fail the frontage rule (as of Oct. 31, 2026).
What does South Flagler House cost?
Our card and building page still show $5.7M–$29.2M (as of Oct. 31, 2026). The developer residences page lists Signature residences from $7,980,000 to $34,500,000 and penthouses from $49,500,000 to $70,000,000 (fetched Oct. 31, 2026). Both figures are printed; the card is flagged as stale.

The project spans ocean to Intracoastal: Beach Tower on the sand and Marina Tower on the Intracoastal with an owners’ marina, per our building page (as of Oct. 31, 2026).
What Intracoastal frontage does Mandarin Oriental West Palm Beach publish?

How does this differ from the oceanfront and bay roundups?
