Bugatti Residences Miami is a planned 60-story, 720-foot condominium tower on the Miami River in Brickell, developed by Prosper Group and Versluys Group with Bugatti. Brandon Haw Architecture designs it and Yabu Pushelberg does the interiors. The developer lists 183 residences, including four penthouses (as of Oct. 26, 2026).
Bugatti has put its name on a residential tower in the United States for the first time. The French carmaker announced Bugatti Residences Miami on Sept. 17, 2026, with Miami developer Prosper Group and Belgian developer Versluys Group. This page sets out what the brand, the developers and the architect have published. For the neighborhood, see our Brickell page.

The design
Brandon Haw Architecture describes a slender tower on a narrow site. Its plans run the Miami River walk along the whole frontage, connecting to the riverwalk to the west and passing under the Underline linear park where it meets the river. Two landscaped public plazas would sit at either end of the site. Yabu Pushelberg is doing the interiors.
Service
Bugatti chose Rhodium as the exclusive global residential operating partner. The release describes white-glove butler service and says service and ownership are being planned from the start. Our guide to what “full service” means in a branded residencecovers the questions to ask an operator.
Where it fits among car-branded towers
Bugatti joins the car brands already on Miami condo towers. Our Pagani vs. Bentley comparison and our Bentley Residences buyer’s guide set out how those projects work. On the river, compare Baccarat Residences Miami. For the brand question, read are branded residences worth the premium?
What it means for a buyer
Sales have not opened. When they do, ask for the prospectus, a dated price sheet, the deposit schedule and the estimated completion date in the contract. Also ask which entity is the legal developer and what Rhodium’s service agreement covers. Track the project on our new-developments board.
