After months on the market, Jennifer Aniston has finally managed to sell her New York City apartment for half-a-million dollars less than she paid for it just one year ago.
The buyer spent $6.5 million on a pair of pre-war West Village condos, includes a one-bedroom penthouse and a one-bedroom standard Condo on the 17th floor. The two condos were going to be combined.
Aniston resides in a recently-purchased LA estate with boyfriend Justin Theroux.
