Why did you choose Real Estate?

I fell into it because my husband created Nourmand & Associates in 1976. I was on the sidelines listening to the real estate conversations daily. Being a stay-at-home mother with three children, I was always listening to other moms telling me they need a bigger house, a better neighborhood, or a better school district. It was a seamless transition to go into real estate.

What was your journey to where you are today?

My journey was less difficult than most people starting out because I had three kids. Being in the Beverly Hills area helped a great deal. Location, location, location!

What is one of your favorite client stories?

There are too many to mention! Discretion is my motto, however, many of my clients have grown with me and have become some of my best friends.

What is your biggest success story to date?

My success is based on hard work. I love people and socializing. My success story is my story.

What makes your market unique?

I live and breathe real estate. I sell where my clients take me, from the West side to the East side, from the hills to the sea.
