On August 12, 2022, MG Developer celebrated the grand opening of their new Gables Village showroom. This large housing project, said to host 48 various residence designs, will be set in Coral Gables, Florida, with heavy influences from Seville, Spain.

This was the grand opening for the showroom so that potential new residents can know what to expect, but the development, costing over $5o million, should be done by Fall 2024.

Included in this large residence are various styles of homes, such as townhomes, duplexes, lofts, flats, and even an archway. This project will take up 17 lots, and will replace some of the existing apartments in the area. The spaces range anywhere from 1,750 square feet to 3,100 square feet.

For residents, there will be many other amenities, including a multipurpose room, a pool, and a wellness center.

The first showroom was met with much applause and was a very fine event. Many big players in the community showed up, including the mayor, city commissioners, LESTE, VYV, Linkvest Capital, ONE Capital, investors, and the exclusive broker.

It included a lot of Spanish-themed traditions such as a cigar-maker, desserts, and delicious delicacies. There were even fine Spanish wines and Cava being served.

For those that attended, they were able to see a documentary-style film about MG Developer that showed the plan and progress for Gables Village, and new aerial footage of the area around Coral Gables.

Gables Village was inspired by Merrick's seven villages, and it will have architecture reminiscent of Mediterranean Revival-Style. De La Guardia Victoria Architects & Urbanists are the designers and there are also gardens inspired by Plaza de Espana bordering the village.

MG Developer is currently wrapping up the Biltmore Square community and has recently finished Althea Row, which almost sold out in 90 days.

The new Gables Village showroom is located at 2990 Ponce de Leon Boulevard.
