His Uncle South Florida Real-estate Attorney Phil Coller’s family owned the Gale Hotel located directly across historic Collins Ave until its sale in 1967.

Having grown up in this environment gave Alan a unique perspective on the industry from a young age. Building upon lifelong relationships in the South Florida community, Alan became a connector from Attorneys and Accountants to subcontractors and tradesmen who could proactively address costly and dangerous construction issues significantly reducing his client’s stress and ensuring a smooth and timely closing.

During the housing collapse of 2008, Alan worked with Accountants, Attorneys, and other financial professionals to mitigate the loss and financial exposure of their clients both large and small in the Real-estate backed asset class. Alan's dedication to his clients has earned him numerous awards and accolades, including recognition as a top producer and a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.

In addition to his work as a real estate agent, Alan has a passion for health and fitness as well as engineering.
