What type of technology or programs are invaluable to you as a real estate agent or broker?

Debbi DiMaggio, Piedmont, CA

My top 3 favorite and most valuable real estate tools are as follows: Docusign, my iPhone, and Instagram. Docusign allows us to list homes and write offers from anywhere, it's a game changer. My iPhone keeps me in constant communication with my team, staff, transaction coordinator, and of course our invaluable clients! Instagram is my favorite social media app to inspire, share and connect, as well as a platform to showcase our beautiful listings.

My iPhone! From my Compass brokerage app to the MLS and lockbox apps, I wouldn't be able to work half as efficiently as I do without them.

Aligning with Coldwell Banker is by far my most valuable partnership. As a Global Luxury Specialist and a high-producing listing broker, I know how important it is to make sure that our listings are highly visible through the right channels. Thanks to our partnership with Coldwell Banker, all of our listings are syndicated to hundreds of websites on a global scale and our luxury listings are featured on various luxe media outlets such as Wall Street Journal, Robb Report, Unique Homes, and Mansion Global. This elite international luxury brand partnership syndicates our listings to more than 90 portals in over 57 countries.

Being located in the US Virgin Islands and with a majority of our off- and on-island buyers starting their search online, these exclusive media partnerships are a huge part of our success. Since I have Coldwell Banker to handle the tech side of things to make sure my listings show up where they need to, I have more time to focus on doing what I love—selling and listing real estate on St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands!

At Compass, we have CRM programs that allow us to reach out to multiple people at the same time. This is good for general and interesting information, but nothing compares to curated individual emails.

A software that is very indispensable would be Google Earth! You're able to measure properties, understand topography, acquire high-resolution satellite images, research a property's history, and much more. The best feature of Google Earth is that it is free so it's accessible to all.

To be on top of your game in social media, it’s important to always be aware of the latest ways to get your listings out to the public. Reels, Tik Toks, incorporating music, and keeping things interesting are invaluable in growing your business.

We love how there are so many apps we can run our business with through our phone from Dropbox to Glide.
My phone and the CØMPASS app are invaluable to me! I keep in close contact with clients and market trends as well as have MLS data at my fingertips.
I am constantly on flexMLS. Without it, I would not know my market as well as I do. I love that I can use it on my phone and send clients interactive listings immediately.
Instagram and Email Campaign Software because they are visually appealing and an easy way to stay top-of-mind with your client.
