Why did you choose Real Estate?
I chose to pursue a career in real estate because of my passion for the industry, which started when I was a child. Growing up, I was exposed to the world of real estate through 2 uncles who are well-known real estate developers in Italy. Witnessing their success and accomplishments in this field inspired me to follow in their footsteps.
At the age of 22, I started my real estate career with my first operation in Naples, Italy – a fixer-upper where I earned $34,400 euros. This initial success fueled my love for the industry, and I've been committed to it ever since.
One of the primary reasons I love real estate is the possibility of creating different forms of wealth through various flipping strategies, cash flow, building, and changing zoning laws. Additionally, I find it rewarding to collaborate with other agents to create a successful brokerage.
Overall, my passion for real estate and my family's involvement in the industry are what initially drew me to pursue a career in this field. And since then, I've found it to be a fulfilling and challenging profession that allows me to create meaningful value for my clients. Today I continue to love what I do for the ability to help others and the financial and time freedom.
What was your journey to where you are today?
My journey to where I am today has been a combination of entrepreneurship, education, and a willingness to take calculated risks. I started my entrepreneurial career at the age of 18 in the jewelry industry, building a chain of shops with millions in revenue and even franchising my business. As a Gemmologist in precious stones, I even traveled to Africa in search of gold and diamonds.
At age 22, I dove into Italy's real estate market, specializing in auctions and short sales. With a positive attitude and the ability to find investment opportunities, I achieved high-earning results. Along the way, I pursued my education, earning a Ph.D. in International Business Management from the Parthenope University of Naples.
Before completing my Ph.D., I wrote a thesis called "Successful Entrepreneurs," where I interviewed entrepreneurs of international caliber. This experience helped me learn from the best and develop my own strategies for success.
When the market crashed in Florida in 2011, I seized the opportunity and began investing in real estate. My success caught the attention of the media, and I was featured in a book called "Digital of Excellent of Italy" and on various websites like Yahoo Finance and The Real Deal. I even wrote a book in Italian called "Costruisci Rendite immobiliari in America" (Build Real Estate Income in America) and I plan to publish another book soon called "Healthy, Rich, and Happy," which is aiming to become a best seller in the WSJ.
To date, I have completed over 250+ real estate operation investments, and my goal is to collaborate with my partner at LuXury Wealth Group, Fred De Falco, to create a group of 30,000 agents worldwide. I believe that with hard work, dedication, and a willingness to take risks, anything is possible, and I am excited to see where my journey takes me next.

What is your biggest success story to date?
I feel truly humbled and grateful for the opportunities and experiences that have brought me to where I am today. Building a successful business in two different countries was not an easy task, but I always knew that I wanted to challenge myself and pursue my dreams.
Leaving my homeland, family, and comfort zone was indeed difficult, but I knew that I needed to overcome my fears and take a leap of faith. It took a lot of courage, perseverance, and dedication to get to where I am today, but I am proud of what I have accomplished.
Being recognized in the most important American newspapers, such as The Florida Moneymakers, was a great honor and a validation of my hard work and dedication. Having billionaire friends and clients has also been an incredible learning experience, and I am always open to learning and growing as a person and a professional.
I firmly believe that success leaves traces, and I am grateful for the opportunities to learn from those who have achieved success before me. Their stories have inspired me to work harder and never give up on my dreams.
My positive attitude towards life is something that I value greatly. I believe that being kind, happy, and content with your life and your achievements is essential for long-term success and happiness.
