“X-Files” and “Californication” star David Duchovny is eager to sell the home he shared with ex-wife Tea Leoni. While their divorce was finalized in 2011, the house has been on the market since then and has recently been reduced in price.
The triplex is composed of three separate artist’s studios and boasts features like a 13 ft. ceiling, wood burning fireplaces, a garden, a separate office and a doorman.
The couple purchased the apartment for $6.25M in 2008, and it is now on the market for $8.5M with Stribling & Associates.
