Our biggest success to date would definitely be selling the Monk Road Estate, a truly exceptional property on the Main Line that was offered at $10M. This prestigious residence made history as one of the highest-priced listings sold in Gladwyne, PA, in over two decades. With its sprawling grounds, luxurious amenities, and unparalleled privacy, this estate was sold before we had to put it on the market. We're proud to say that BlackLabel's strong collaborative nature and connections within the industry, inside and outside of our team, help position our clients for the quickest sale.
