Billionaire, investor Warren Buffett, a man with a net worth of $39 billion and named by Forbes as the second-richest man in the U.S. and the third-wealthiest man in the world, has listed his former Emerald Bay home in Laguna Beach.
The home is sophisticated yet comfortable and naturally, boasts ocean views. It has been recently remodeled, as well.
The property is listed for $4.995 million, probably pocket change for a guy like Buffett.
