Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning actor Alec Baldwin has listed his Central Park West apartment on the market for $9,500,000. The 3-bedroom, 3.5 baths abode in the famous Eldorado building in NYC sits on the 22nd floor with expansive views of Central Park. Baldwin also listed a 1-bedroom unit on the ground floor of The Eldorado for a more modest $1,200,000, but that listing seems to have disappeared. While originally on the hunt for apartments on the Upper West like in the Apthorp and the Dakota, Baldwin ultimately opted to purchase a luxury duplex penthouse in Greenwich Village. We’ll give you a clue in which building the actor will soon reside; its large red-brick prewar structure was designed by the same architect who designed The Eldorado- irony or just good taste? The new digs are decked out with sleek furnishings and decorated by Victoria Hagan. Three bedrooms, a master suite with eastern and northern views, numerous closets, sitting area/study, terraces, large living spaces, a wet bar, dining room and an over the top master bathroom are just a few elements of the lavish penthouse. Overall the space is 4,137 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Price? $12,500,000.
