Olympic Games Bring High Dollar Rental Costs to London

Later this month when the Olympic Games come to London, an influx of spectators will arrive from around the world.

For most, this means an extended stay in a hotel as close as possible to Olympic venues. But for the select few, the games offer a chance to enjoy London in complete luxury at a sizable price.

A Covent Garden rental property in London is poised to become the world’s most expensive rental during the games, at a staggering $223,000 dollars a week. To rent for the entire 16 days of the event, the price tag will exceed half a million dollars.

The property has six reception rooms, a terrace for enjoying the London summer and a retractable roof to give guests the feel of the outdoors while enjoying the comfort of indoor living.

The four story property also has a television viewing area and a bar, perfect for hosting during the London Games.
