Rick and Kathy Hilton just purchased this teeny 1BR 2BA apartment in the Pierre Hotel and Residences on 5th Ave. The two lived in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel and Towers for many years, then settling in Bel Air for a good ten years. Parents to socialites Paris, Nicky and Barron, it seems the couple couldn’t keep away from owning a piece of NYC’s skyline.
The co-op apartment boasts a foyer, compact kitchen, views of Central Park, walk-in closets, decently sized living spaces (not huge by any means), parquet floors and more.
The Hiltons still own a 5BR, 5BA home in Los Angeles.
