With the recent purchase of his $13.9 million Alpine, New Jersey, mansion, comedian Tracy Morgan has a new reason to smile.

Described as a “super-elegant house,” the 21,000-square-foot pad––which is sure to be enough space for the recently married Morgan, his wife Megan, and their two-year old daughter Maven––includes five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a six-car garage, an elevator, high ceilings, and a basement. The family should also be pretty well-entertained thanks to the property’s bowling alley, racquetball court, screening room, and outdoor pool.

The Morgans are in great company in their new New Jersey neighborhood. Their residence is just across the street from Elie Tahari, the fashion designer and founder of the Elie Tahari and Theory brands. The likes of Stevie Wonder, Britney Spears, and CC Sabathia have also called the Alpine area home.
