Emilio Estevez, known for his role (perhaps most famously) in The Breakfast Club, is selling his Malibu home for $9.9M. Since he took ownership of the estate in 2000, it seems he’s done a lot of remodeling. The original purchase price of only $2.2M definitely indicates that Estevez has put his own touches on the family home.
Estevez and his fiancé also customized their outdoor space, putting in a small vineyard to produce their own wine.
This four bedroom main house features 3,371 square feet and also offers a guesthouse with a wine tasting room, stained glass windows, wood flooring, hand-painted frescoes, state of the art kitchen and a general homey feel.
