NFL Hall of Famer Jerry Rice has been trying to sell his Atherton mansion since 2007, originally priced at $22M. Most recently, this French Chateau-style residence dropped substantially in price to $10.5M.
Sadly, we don’t even think he received the $10.5M, as he reportedly accepted an offer of $9M. The 15,000 square-foot home features a pool, veranda, spa, guest quarters, six bedrooms, seven full baths, state of the art movie theater, wine room, game room and more.
One of the biggest selling points of the property is the fully decked out gym containing over $500,000 in weights and training gear, according to realtor.com.
Jerry loved this home to death, so we’re sure the separation is a little bittersweet.
