Charlie Sheen Picks Up Third House in Gated Enclave for Nearly $5 Million

Charlie Sheen has purchased a new home for $4.8 million in the exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Mullholland Estates. This is the third estate the actor has bought in this area, including a $7.2 million estate he bought in 2006 and a $6.9 million home he bought in 2011.

Sheen’s new Spanish-style villa features 6,625 square feet of living space, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a formal dining room, a library, dining room, theater and gourmet kitchen. According to Realtor.com, the home also has exposed beams, Saltillo tile, wrought iron fixtures and open, flowing courtyards. There is also a large pool and spa area with an outdoor kitchen.

Sheen reportedly purchased the home from Tom Gores, the owner of the Detroit Pistons, who bought the property in 1006 for $5.7 million from his brother, Sam Gores.
