The “A Good Day to Die Hard” actor is currently in contract to purchase a sprawling three bedroom, four bathroom co-op in the El Dorado building located at 300 Central Park West, according to the New York Post. The $8.695 million unit features a 38-foot-long formal entry gallery, decorative fireplace, a massive windowed eat-in kitchen and a living room with views of Central Park.
