Mostly by listening … to their “dream” property description, requirements, and most importantly … their goal.

What is the most important thing you look for when purchasing a home for yourself?

The location and the physical property it sits on. You can change a home … but not much you can do to a lot.

If you were not selling real estate, where would you be today?

Had dreams of being an attorney / sports agent.

What would you say is your most proud accomplishment as a real estate agent so far?

Selling a billion dollars of real estate in my 35 year career… its takes dedication, consistency and commitment.

What property do you currently have listed that you wish more people would see?

A European country estate in prestigious gated Starwood. Views like no other.
