The Versace Mansion sold at auction far from its original listing price at $125M to the Nakash Family of Jordache jeans, beating out bids from Donald Trump and Ryan Julison.

Gianni Versace owned the Miami mansion, fondly called Casa Casuarina, until his passing in 1997. It features ten bedrooms, a rooftop observatory, gold-lined pool and a beautiful mosiac courtyard– the perfect place for entertaining.

It is reported that the Nakash’s will give the mansion a facelift, turning it into a boutique hotel to complement their other holding (The Victor Hotel) next door.
