Two Luxury Real Estate Titans Join Forces to Create The Jills Zeder Group

Two powerhouses in the luxury residential real estate industry, The Jills and The Zeder Team, have combined to form The Jills Zeder Group, affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Before the Zeder Team’s announced affiliation with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, the two teams closed a combined total of over $5 billion in real estate sales including collaborating on multiple luxury sales in the Coral Gables market.

The Jills team, founded nearly 25 years ago by Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber, specializes in high-end, multi-million-dollar luxury properties in South Florida’s most elite enclaves representing celebrities, Fortune 500 executives and a diverse international clientele. The Jills have been ranked the number one team internationally 5 times by Coldwell Banker. They have sold over $4 billion in real estate since then.

The Zeder Team has specialized in representing buyers and sellers of high-end residential real estate for over two decades, with a primary focus on Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Ponce Davis, South Miami, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay. They particularly excel in Miami waterfront and luxury real estate.

Additionally, they sold 100 S. Pointe Dr., #3803, which was the highest sale in two years at the exclusive Continuum South Tower in Miami Beach, and the highest sale in the entire Continuum building (both towers) in over a year. The Jills’ top three sales are 3 Indian Creek Drive for $47 million in 2012, the Versace Mansion, located at 1116 Ocean Drive, for $41.5 million in 2013, and 42 La Gorce Drive for $30 million in 2013.

A few of The Zeder Team’s high-profile sales include the $23.46 million sale of 9 Tahiti Beach Island Rd. in Coral Gables, $17.2 million sale of 555 Leucadendra Dr. in Coral Gables, $12.437 million sale of 3307 Devon Ct. in Miami, and $12.4 million sale of 150 Arvida Pkwy in Coral Gables.
